If they keep heading in that direction, they may have something on their hands. I don't think it will be very successful as a casino, but it's being marketed as more of a resort. Considering the size of the Navajo Nation, they haven't really capitalized on gaming in the way that other reservations have (I'm looking at you, Pima and Gila River). The Navajo Nation hasn't had a casino in Arizona up until now and only have three others. Yeah, we have a ton of casinos in AZ, but none in that part of Arizona that I know of.
